Warranty & After-Sales Support

We want you to have clear information about product warranties and how to get help after your purchase.

Warranty coverage

Warranty duration, provider and conditions may vary by product and brand. Where applicable, the product listing, invoice and warranty documentation identify the warranty details. Please do not assume that every product includes an official manufacturer's warranty unless this is specifically stated. Mandatory consumer rights and any legally required warranty coverage continue to apply.

Getting assistance

If you experience a problem with a purchased product, contact our support team and provide your order number, product model, date of purchase and a description of the issue. Keep your invoice and warranty documentation. We will explain the appropriate next step, which may involve the relevant authorized service provider where applicable.

Physical damage and misuse

Certain accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or misuse may fall outside the contractual manufacturer warranty, depending on its documented terms. This does not remove rights available under mandatory law, including rights relating to a pre-existing defect.

Your consumer rights

For qualifying defective or non-conforming products reported within 30 days of delivery, statutory replacement or refund rights may apply. Rights relating to manufacturing defects after that period are governed by the applicable warranty and Egyptian consumer law. We will not represent a manufacturer's stated term as a substitute for mandatory statutory protection.

Before sending a device for service

If possible, back up your personal data and sign out of accounts before handing over a phone, laptop or other electronic device. Do not disclose passwords or verification codes. Follow the service provider's instructions for the specific product.
